Start with the release window
Sort units by the date and conditions under which they can leave the auction. A unit with a delayed title, missing key, or non-running condition belongs in a different operational group than an immediately releasable vehicle.
Then map the physical lane
Look for shared auction branches, compatible destinations, and realistic receiving capacity. Avoid promising a multi-unit move before the units have compatible pickup and delivery constraints.
Send a complete manifest
A useful manifest includes VIN or stock number, year/make/model, condition, auction branch, release status, pickup reference, destination, and a responsible contact. That lets a transport coordinator act instead of asking for basic facts one at a time.
