Vehicle identity
Include VIN or stock number, year, make, model, and the auction lot reference. Use one authoritative reference for each unit so messages cannot be confused across a multi-vehicle purchase.
Pickup constraints
List the auction branch, release state, keys, operating condition, any special loading needs, and the deadline or pickup window if known. Do not describe a non-running vehicle as a routine unit.
Delivery constraints
Add destination, contact name and phone, receiving hours, access notes, and whether a receiving inspection or condition documentation is expected.
